Christian Masset, born in Western France, is a long time resident in Hong Kong. He is holder of a Master’s degree in international trade, and started working in Paris speaking fluent English and German. In the mid 80’s he learnt Putonghua in Paris and Taiwan and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese studies from Paris INALCO Sorbonne. He has worked many years in the logistics industry in France and in Hong Kong, as Business Development Manager for two major global German-Swiss forwarding companies. From 2003 he developed his own business focusing on environmental technologies and communication. He is a director of Motorwave Group, a Hong Kong based renewable energy company.
Formerly lecturer in French for Business at Hong Kong University SPACE, he has since been lecturer at the Community College of City University, in French language for Professional Purposes and Corporate Communication.
He is a former member of the Toastmasters Achievers Club (2000 – 2004) and a “Competent Toastmaster” (CTM). He has published several articles and has appeared on numerous occasions on radio and television, as chairman (2003-2010) of the Hong Kong environmental charity Clear The Air. Christian has also been participant to trainings by master coaches : Anthony Robbins and Roger Hamilton.
Devoting his time to business and education is for Christian, a way to deepen other’s ability to listen and communicate, in order to bring about meaningful ideas and business experience.
